Payment policy
An advance payment (deposit) of 50% is requested when booking.
The remaining balance is not automatically charged to your Card or Paypal account. You will receive an e-mail about 2 weeks prior to your arrival date, in order to pay online the remaining balance. You can pay your remaining balance upon your arrival as well.
Cancellation policy
Full refund is applied for reservation cancelled at least 21 days prior to the scheduled arrival date.
No refund is possible for reservation cancelled within 21 days prior to the scheduled arrival date.
Check-in instructions
You will receive a Viber message (or Whastapp or SMS) on the morning of your check-in day. You will receive instructions to self check-in whenever you want.
