‘Niki Rooms Apartments’ are fully equipped rooms and apartments. They offer the necessary equipment for your comfortable stay. The listed facilities in each accommodation (kitchen equipment, air conditioning, hair dryer, iron) are part of the provided accommodation and are offered at no extra charge.

Payments can be made in 2 ways:

– Paypal via the digital booking platform
No cash payment is accepted.

If the reservation is canceled by the guest, 21 days prior to the agreed arrival, the host returns the entire deposit.
If the reservation is canceled by the guest, less than 21 days prior to the agreed arrival, the host does not return the deposit.

If the reservation is canceled by the guest, 21 days prior to the agreed arrival, the host returns the entire deposit.
If the reservation is canceled by the guest, less than 21 days prior to the agreed arrival, the host does not return the deposit.
What if the host wants to cancel my reservation?
Cancellations of reservations by the host can be made in accordance with the terms of each digital platform.
Specifically for bookings via the digital platform www.kythirarooms.gr :
If the reservation is canceled by the host, 21 days prior to the agreed arrival, the host returns the entire deposit, without any additional obligation.
If the reservation is canceled by the host, less than 21 days prior to the agreed arrival, the host returns the entire deposit and proposes an alternative accommodation to the guest.
Can I have a receipt of my payment?
Short-term rentals via digital platform which are provided in the context of the sharing economy do not provide any receipt of the payment. However, all reservations are registered electronically through Short Term Residence Statements in the application of the “Short Term Rentals Register”.
According to the POL.1059 / 2018 “Implementation of VAT on short-term rentals in the context of the sharing economy” Short-term Rentals are not subject to VAT.
